Creepy Ad Campaign of the Day: If Jell-O's Pudding Face ads have lowered your spirits by making you sufficiently creeped out, then you may just be in luck.

As part of the campaign, the company has set up the "Pudding Face Mood Meter," a website where they gauge whether America is feeling happy or sad by counting the amount of Tweets with smiley-face and frowny-face emoticons. Whenever the majority of the Tweets reflect sadness, Jell-O deploys Tweets to a select few frowners which contain links where they can claim their free pudding.

Right smack on the website is a startling doughy faced guy who smiles placidly until the sad-count raises, upon which he dons a grimmace that will give you nightmares, and the free pudding button lights up temporarily.

As if this wasn't frightening enough, Jell-O has also set up a 3D billboard in NYC that mimics the website. If you're brave, you can check it out under the jump.
